This meditation music is composed to help you easily slow and deepen your breathing. It will calm you down, help you focus on your breath and train you to breathe more slowly and deeply so you can access a beautiful meditative state. Afterwards you'll feel calm and refreshed or you'll fall asleep which is fantastic. Nothing fancy no binaural beats or isotonic whatsits, Just follow the heartbeat and breathe deep.
You'll hear the heartbeat rhythm under the music. I want you to breathe in for 4 heartbeats and breathe out for 4 heartbeats. That's all you'll have to do. Just stay with the heartbeat. You'll start at 7 breaths per minute and gradually slow down to 4 breaths per minute spend 10 minutes there, then 3 breaths per minute about 10 mins there, and gradually back up at the end.
